Article 7

Cemeteries and Objects of Cultural Significance

7.1
Hydro shall make available a sufficient sum of money and/or equipment and supplies necessary to protect the remaining cemeteries from flooding attributable to the Project.
  
     
 
7.2
The nature, quality and performance of the works required by this Article shall be the responsibility of the Band Council, subject only to the right of Hydro to ensure that such works are done in a good and husbandlike manner.
 
     
 
7.3
Hydro shall make every reasonable effort to preserve objects of cultural significance such as the Footprint and Chair at Nelson House and relocate them to such place within the Reserve as the Band Council may, by resolution, direct.
